Willowbrook location to get blood drawn and I would like to have my dr fax the order over to the Quest office. So I call the Willowbrook location several times this afternoon and the mailbox says it is full, call back later. All I want to know is the fax number to the Willowbrook location. So I call other locations to see if a live person will answer and don't get an answer anywhere. But those two locations do have a recorded message saying what their fax number is. But the location I am calling - Willowbrook - just says "call back later." What kind of care is that? And you want my business? I will let my insurance company know that your customer service is poor, poor, poor. And by the way, I still haven't talked to anybody at Willowbrook and I can't leave a message either because "the mailbox is full."
