 | 1 Flask Rating for WAL-MART PHARMACY #10-2113 Comment: This Pharmacy is the WORST Pharmacy. They LACK what "acceptable customer service" should be. I waited 4 hours for my prescription for them to tell me that they could not take my INS. because it didn't have enough information. I gave then my I.D. and all of the information they needed. There is a telephone number on the back of my INS. card that clearly says for PHARMACIES ONLY, which should have been called when I first dropped off my script. Then they told me that they couldn't take my INS. because it was from out of state; last time I checked more than half of the people who live in ARIZONA aren't from here and have out of state INS. I see my primary physician here, I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out and did I mention I was getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreens before I decided to come to Wal-Mart. Neither of those places had issues with my INS. WORST PHARMACY IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA. Thank you for NOTHING!! |
